Flying Beast, aka Gaurav Taneja, Inspires LPU Students with an Uplifting Youth Talk


On February 25th, 2025, the students of Lovely Professional University (LPU) had the privilege of attending an inspiring talk by one of India’s most popular YouTubers, Gaurav Taneja, better known as Flying Beast. Gaurav, who has built a massive following for his channels focusing on aviation, fitness, and family vlogs, visited the campus for an exciting youth talk that left the students motivated and energized.

The session was an incredible opportunity for students to hear firsthand from someone who has successfully built a career by blending passion with perseverance. Gaurav shared the story of his journey, from being a commercial pilot to becoming a full-time content creator, encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and pursue their dreams. His message emphasized that hard work and self-belief are essential to making a mark in any field, and he used his own life as a testament to that. One of the most valuable parts of Gaurav’s talk was his discussion on mental and physical well-being. As a fitness enthusiast, Gaurav shared his personal fitness routine and how it contributes not just to physical health but also mental clarity. .As a highlight of the day, I had the amazing opportunity to meet Gaurav in person, which was an unforgettable experience. Gaurav’s humility and approachability made the interaction even more special. It was inspiring to see how grounded he remained despite his massive online presence and the success he has achieved. Not only did we get the chance to talk with him, but he also agreed to shoot a podcast with us, which was an incredible moment for all of us involved. The podcast covered various aspects of his life, including how he balances family life, his career as a pilot, and his content creation work. The podcast recording with Gaurav was a unique experience. His insights into the YouTube industry, personal growth, and the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance were eye-opening. He shared practical advice about pursuing one's passion, overcoming self-doubt, and using social media as a tool for positive change. It was clear that Gaurav’s success comes from his relentless drive to improve and share his knowledge with others. The day ended with a Q&A session, where students asked Gaurav about his struggles, his thoughts on the digital landscape, and advice for aspiring YouTubers. His answers were thoughtful, sincere, and filled with valuable tips. Gaurav Taneja’s visit to LPU was not just a lecture but a powerful motivational session that left a lasting impact on all those who attended.
